Each class led by one of our expert coaches is 60 minutes long and consists of a dynamic warm-up, explanation of the workout, and strategy and instruction for achieving the best results. Then, we hit the WOD! Throughout the class, friendly and knowledgeable coaches give out corrections and encouragement, while they ensure the safety of each individual. WODs are always scalable, meaning any fitness level can participate and get a great workout.
